The Way Christian Ministries Video Presentation
Virtual Teaching

From Monday 25th January I will be virtually broadcasting into TheWayCM TFL Centre/Bible College in Multan Pakistan. This is the beginning of our Global Virtual Conferencing Vision that you have heard me speak of. We are very excited and give all the glory to God.
The initial broadcasts will go into one classroom of Training for Life Trainees but the amazing thing is that any of our members who have access to the internet (on pc or laptop) can also tune-into the broadcast from anywhere. Potentially all of TheWayCM members throughout Pakistan can tune-into the broadcasts. It is even possible to receive the broadcast onto a mobile phone or landline.
We will be broadcasting at least once a week and the broadcast is interactive; the trainees can ask me questions and we can pray and worship together. There will be a simultaneous live translation.
Initially we will be using the Skype software but, in time, we will use TheWayCMTV platform.
The broadcast can be recorded and then sent as a podcast.
The Urdu Podcast is available here: http://thewaycmurdupodcast.podOmatic.com
We would like to reproduce this model in all of the countries where TheWayCM and TFL is established. Please contact us for more details….
Thank you.

Making Disciples Out of Christians

Why we do what we do…..

We want to see Christians everywhere to come into the full revelation of why they are saved and to see them being equipped and released for that purpose. In other words, we want to fulfil the Great Commission…. go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit…..Matthew 28: 19

6,000 Backpacks 1,000 Swahili Devotionals and the Tent for Kenya

6,000 backpacks are about to make their way to Kenya to help get the new school intake off to a great start in January 2012. They are being supplied by Mary's Meals, our Scottish partners in the school meals project that now feeds more that 16,000 school children every day throughout Kenya.
Read more about the Packpack Project here:
http://www.marysmeals.org.uk/what-you-can-do/backpack-project/
1,000 Swahili booklet translations of The Gist will also be sent. These will be used extensively by TheWayCM Home Church Leaders throughout Kenya.
Also packed into the shipping container that will take the backpacks and booklets will be the huge army tent that was given to us four years ago! This tent, big enough for 150 people, will become a temporary Training for Life Centre in the Kisii Area of Kenya until a more permanent structure can be built. It will become a stepping-stone to many permanent buildings built with your help and TheWayCM throughout Kenya. Thank you.

TheWayCM Mission to Africa 2009
Cholet - France

I have just returned from a successful ministry trip to Cholet, in the Loire district of France.
Nancy and I stayed with Mijo, my French translator, in her lovely home from May 26th to May 31st.
I was able to minister twice in Pastor Daniel L'Herroux's church in the centre of the town. On Saturday afternoon we looked at the Father's heart and on Sunday morning we looked at the life, death and resurrection of Christ Jesus from his Mary's perspective. It was Mother's Day in France.
I was able to pass on a few computer skills to Mijo that should help us with future translation work. Apart from the weekly McKenzie and Gist translations, Mijo is also translating my book, 'Wee Boys from Glasgow Don't Cry'.

TheWayCM Expands into All of Pakistan

Under the apostolic oversight of Apostle Asher and his team, The Way Christian Ministries (TheWayCM) in Pakistan will be making Christian disciples throughout all of Pakistan commencing January 2012.
In 2010 the first ever Christian Bible College (Hunook Bible College) was established in the city of Multan by TheWayCM in Pakistan. The graduates from Hunook have been reaching out into Pakistan throughout 2011 and now 10 groups of 10-15 leaders in 10 major cities in Pakistan will begin receiving our Training for Life Leadership Training to equip them to oversee the growing work of TheWayCM in Pakistan. Many thousands of Christian Pakistanis will benefit from this.
Rev Peter Stanway's ‘live’ teaching input in mainly done via an online hook-up through Skype. However, Apostle Asher’s laptop has been damaged beyond repair. He has raised half of the cost of a new one. Can you help him raise the other half? He needs 30,000 Pakistani Rupees.
With commission for transfer the amount needed is: 250 GBP or 400 USD
To give any amount follow this link: http://www.thewaycm.com/donate.html
You can Give by Text
Simply text TWCM40 to 70070 and you’ll get a text straight back, asking how much you want to give. You can give ANY amount between £1 to £10. All gifts, great and small, make a difference to the work of The Way Christian Ministries ...so why not grab your phone and give it a whirl!
If you prefer to give online, you can here: http://www.thewaycm.com/donate.html

Be a Part of the Work of TheWayCM in Pakistan

The work of TheWayCM Pakistan began in 2009 when I (Peter Stanway) went there on mission*. It was an extremely busy time travelling all over Pakistan but most of the ministry took place in and around Multan., the fifth largest city in Pakistan. I ministered forty-five times during fourteen days. The Lord did great things among us and during that time we reached over 4,000 people many of whom were saved and baptised in the Holy Spirit.
Since then, TheWayCM Apostolic Team have established the first ever Christian Bible College in the city of Multan. Many students have been trained as leaders and there are now ten locations around Pakistan reaching up to 150 leaders who, in turn, minister to over 6,000 Christians.
Our plans are to develop the Bible College into a Training for Life (TFL) Centre where all five aspects of TFL (read more) will be taught. The bible-based spiritual element will remain the foundation for building changed lives; raising-up and releasing Christian leaders in the fullness of the five-fold ministries (Ephesians 4:11-13).
At this moment, Pakistan is not a safe place for foreigners but you can still be part of TheWayCM’s mission work in Pakistan. Your prayers and your financial support will help us to fulfil the vision that God has given TheWayCM for Pakistan.
Please, where possible, mark your donation ‘TheWayCM Pakistan’ on this page: http://www.thewaycm.com/donate.html
Thank you.

World Wide Overview - 2008

TheWayCM is planning to go on two or three long-haul missions every year as well as, at least, two European Missions. I have been training-up two men to help with the filming and the general missions work. In time these men will also lead missions.
The work in Africa is consolidating and growing rapidly – TheWayCM is now strong in six African countries and reaching into another five.
The new areas of rapid growth are in India and Pakistan; Nepal has had a slight glitch since our TFL Coordinator went to Bible College in London but we are about to start working with some new affiliates in Nepal and out of them we hope will raise-up a National Apostlic Team. I am hoping to visit Myanmar for two days to lead a Pastors and Leaders conference in Yangon.
There is some activity in the Philippines and it looks like Mexico will become more involved with TheWayCM in 2009.

Nepal

Apostle Krishna says; “The TFL discipleship course has very much potential and Nepal, it is the right place for it. It is necessary for somebody to be here to oversee the TFL Foundations resources.
When you come to Nepal in April next year (2009), our ministry will be with you, at the same time, the people who are going to use the materials, they will be join the programme.
I fully agree and I am ready to support what the Lord shows you about TFL for Nepali people. We are waiting to work together for expanding His Kingdom in Nepal.
Thank you again for your continued prayer, encouragement and support.
Praise the Lord, all ministerial works and children’s work is going well. We are praying and working hard and heartily to reach every unreached soul of this nation. We want to see the Hindus dramatically turn from darkness into the light....
Politically, the situation of Nepal is much improving day by day.
The new President Ram Baran Yadav, elected from the Nepali congress party a few weeks ago, is the first President of the Republic of Nepal . The Maoist Communist chairman, Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' has been elected as the first Prime Minister of the Republic Nepal
I had the opportunity to congratulate the Prime Minister and I was able to present to him the position of Nepali Christians. Looking at the views of the government and the people of Nepal towards Christians, we Nepal Christians are categorized as second-class citizens of Nepal. This means that we still are struggling for religious freedom and our rights. We are praying that God would help us to receive total freedom, government facilities, rights and equality from this new Republic government.”

India

Apostle Vinay says: “Thank you so much for your blessed words. Every time I am getting strength through your encouraging and Spirit filled words. I thank and praise the Lord who joined us together in Christ Jesus.
Today I told some people about our Gist. People are very happy. And when I returned home my wife, Mary Grace, told me that our Gist will be popular like other daily devotions. She told me while she was praying God reveled to her this thing. Really, I was touched by her words and I strongly believe that God is going make TheWayCM a great blessing to the world. I am so happy to be part of it and to be a national overseer.
Now I am 34 years old. I want do ministry as much as I can. I am always ready to spread the word of God 24 hours without rest. Now in the day time I am going out visiting church members, our pastors and their ministries and spreading our ministry, through TheWayCM news and videos. At night I am sitting and busy translating your videos and dubbing.
I want to be more busy in the Lord’s work. Therefore, I am very happy to go out to other districts and start TFL Training Centres in Visakhapatnam and East & West Godavari districts. Thank you so much for encouraging me to go there and start our ministry centres. Please pray, it is a terrorist area.
Two days every week we are showing your videos on TV. We are getting a good response. Please pray for a New TV & DVD player. I know that God is enlarging our ministry territories. I think you will be very busy when you visit India.
Please pray for my health and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. Let every word that goes from my mouth touch the hearts of the people. Let every one feel the touch and anointing of the Holy Spirit. Every day I am thanking the Lord for your blessed fellowship.
This morning I went Rajeev Colony and visited the victims of the cyclone. I saw some old people; they are in a very bad condition. They lost their houses and every thing. Many families lost all their belongings but I distributed 10 kilos of rice to 16 old people. They don’t have strength to work nor do they receive aid from anywhere. These people are in need of cloths, cooking vessels and some financial assistance. When they receive rice from us, they are very happy.”

Kenya

Apostle Chuma says; “TheWayCM Kenya is still expanding its boundaries from Mombassa to Nairobi, Naivasha, Nyamira and South Kisii.
I had been busy trying to regroup our members in Nairobi. We have managed to open some Home Churches in Njenga slums and its surroundings. Currently in Nairobi we have around 80 adults who are our followers.
In Kisii I will conduct a big meeting for 2 days in one of our big home churches called Bendera.
I will also visit the Massai Land to talk with some pastors from the Massai community who are willing to join us. We were together in the Kiango Crusade and also in our TFL meetings.

Apostle Sande says; “I will tell you that TheWayCM in Uganda is moving on very well as you will see with your eyes when you come. I now oversee five home churches, but I am still training more leaders to send to other places. There are so many friendly pastors that you are going to meet and they are also interested in those teachings of TheWayCM.

I would like to invite all the team of TheWayCM that were together at the Kiango Crusade in Kenya so they may also see how the work is going on.

DR Congo

Apostle Frank says; “Thank you so very much for your committed prayers for His Ministry here in DRC Bukavu.
Last month was a month of great success in our Ministry here in Bukavu, I wrote to you that we had only three Home Churches, but at the end of last month another one Home Church was opened with 11 Members, and in the other three Home Churches members have been increased.
In the last month the Lord also has done great work in two of the Home Churches, the husbands in one of the homes where we gather for the church were put into the prison, and the women were so very much discouraged to see that in spite of their work of the Lord in their homes, their husbands had been put into prison ....... so we made prayers to the Lord and they all were released from prison and this brought a great encouragement to these women and made their faith increase. Praise His holy name!
Also four children of our members were very sick; we lifted them up into the Lord's hands and they all were healed, and we gave all glory to Jesus who is so faithful.
Thank you so very much for upholding us in your prayers, the Lord is doing good work in our midst.”

A 'Virtual' Funeral in Kisii Lands Kenya
Africa Report - March 2008

This week I was asked to do something that I had never done before. I was asked to participate in the funeral of the sister-in-law of Apostle Chuma using a link-up between my mobile phone and his. Chuma had connected his mobile phone to a loud speaker. It all seems to have gone well. It was an honour and a privilege to be able to address the gathered members of TheWayCM. Sadly, another two of our members have lost their lives in the recent violence but because the roads are impassable and due to the threat of attack, their bodies cannot yet be brought back to their villages for burial.
Kiango (Kenya) Crusade report - June 2008
Glory to God

The Way Christian Ministries gathered together our Great Lakes Apostles from Rwanda, DR Congo, Burundi, Tanzania, Uganda and Kenya for a crusade in Kiango in the Kisii Lands area of Western Kenya. The crusade ran from June 17th to 22nd and was a great success. Here are the reports from some of our Apostles. Glory to God ….
From Apostle Chuma - Kenya

The Apostolic Team are on their way back to their own countries. We had a wonderful crusade at Kiangp and we received more than 500 new followers - praise God.
We also opened more than 30 Home Churches in Kiango. Thank you very much for your prayers and your assistance.
It is like the Apostles were sent to open the way for Africa. I stayed with them and truly they are servents of God, they did a commendable work.
I also thank God for Apostle Emmanuel (Rwanda) for his hard work in The Way Christian Ministries.
The Apostles were also touched with the way the work of God has expanded in Kenya. I was also happy to hear that God has opened ways for Rwanda, I am ever ready to go to Rwanda for the crusade and to start a TFL Centre there, praise God. Our crusade in Kiango will never be forgotten by many people because it was FIRE, FIRE, FIRE.
Our TFL Centre accommodated around 600 people in our meetings. Apostle Emmanuel was the main speaker in the teachings and Charles Ndagijimana from Rwanda was also the main speaker in the crusade, assisted by Apostle Uwoyitungiye Donatien from Burundi. To my surprise they are very good in Kiswahil, praise God.
If we continue meeting in such meetings I am very sure God will do something in Africa. I am saying this because of what God did in Kiango will dwell in many people. I also thank you for your assistance which you provided for the crusade, if it was not you who provided the funds for our Apostles to come to Kenya they would not have been able to come.
TheWayCM Kenya has moved to another stage and I believe that in Kisii we have now more than 1,500 followers, praise God.
I am going to start arranging the crusade of Rwanda in the next four months so that we can expand TheWayCM Africa.
From Apostle Emmanuel Hakizimana - Rwanda

Greetings in the name of our lord Jesus Christ ,we love you ,we are back in Rwanda and all the Great Lakes Region Apostles have returned to their own country ,we are well with no problems; we were protected by the prayers of you and Nancy.
The journey was made by the Apostles of The Way Christian Ministries from the Great Lakes Region to Kiango ,we were meet by Apostle Chuma at place called Kisumu Kenya he drove us up to Kiango, to the place where the crusade took place.
The Seminar and Crusade started on 17th up to 22 June 2008. In the Seminar two days of teachings were about Foundations, another two days introducing TFL, on the other two days I taught from the Swahili booklet of the Gist you sent me, then in the crusade we were divided so that every Apostle could work and preach in the crusade ,the harvest was so much .
Many people were saved, about 500 people, we were encouraging many pastors from different places and denominations to work together we told them about Home Churches many pastors were interested in opening home churches ,we spent one day going around in the village doing evangelism house to house ,I visited the primary school at Kiango where you feed the children, I wish, if it is possible, you can help Rwandese children also .
Apostle Chuma welcomed us well, at Kiango they didn't want us to go back .

From Apostle Uwoyitungiye Donatien - Burundi

I greet you in the name of Jesus. I thank God that the trip was well, we left with God and we also came back with him. We saw the hand and miracles of God at Kiango.
We arrived at Kiango on Monday at 11 PM, we have started the programme of evangelization from Tuesday to Sunday.
In the morning we were doing evangelism and in the afternoon the crusade.
Sick people have been healed, we saw a lot of miracles because many people have been saved who did agree to receive Jesus as their Lord and their salvation, we did ask them to go in home churches in order to get help.
We found out that the church of Kiango does need help materially and spiritually. Kiango. It is a city that needs help with rural development.
We thank you deeply for the ticket, we had the opportunity of getting to know other members of the WayChristianMinistries, we had a good time and we have decided to work very hard so the WayChristianMinistry may be known every where in Africa.

From Apostle Sande Musa - Uganda

Thanks so much for your sponsorship during our visit to the Kiango Crusade Kenya.
It was nice to meet with other Apostles from different countries.
We had meetings in and outside the church and everybody was given a chance to minister.
We really saw the hand of God with us in every meeting at Kiango.
We had a crusade in the Kiango TFL Centre and many people gave their lives to Jesus, thanks for your prayers.
On Friday went round the Kiango village preaching house to house and every house we entered, people were excited to hear the gospel and hence many decided to take Jesus as their personal saviour.
Now regarding home churches in Uganda, things are moving on very well and we so far have five, I will try to get some photos and send you after settling. Thanks so much for everything.
